President Obama is working to build a
country and an economy where hard work is rewarded along
with value in fairness, and where everyone is held
accountable for what they do. He is meeting the challenges we
face as a nation with a bold, comprehensive plan. And he is reimagining
government to be more open, transparent, and accountable. Those are nice
promises and Hard work from the part of the President if the Judges in support
in Florida And the Walton County in Florida along with the State of Florida
could be held accountable and transparent for what they did to me Sony Roy
causing his injury constituting of more than $15,3 Million dollars of
appraised property a painful hurt to bear. If these three entities
could be accountable and held responsible for what they did to Mr. Roy, the
scarce judicial resources would not need to be more and more pinched by this
apparent CONTUMACIOUS MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE or WRONG GUY AT THE GET GO.
Yet Mr. Roy has met the exact opposite of what Mr. Obama promised and no one so
far has stepped in to fix the broken 1964 CIVIL RIGHT ACT OF CONGRESS, TITLE
SIX totally disparaged on the Gulf of Mexico in Florida where hard work is
waived by the inherent powers of the Federal Court without noticing Mr. Roy
that he is voluntarily relinquishing his fundamental and constitutinal rights.
This is a piece that will get all people riveted on their seats to watch the
final outcome. The best way to continue litigation in my view is to look
for a change of venue that is so needed ipso facto for the judges do
not seem to understand or they are under coercive and undue influence which
must come out via an analysis of the ExParte Communications records......
The disqualified judges must be dealt with to allow the judicial system to
